Puppy Mill Awareness Day

On Sunday, September 19, 2010, from 1-4p, we will gather at Scholz’s Beer Garten to promote awareness, the importance of spay and neuter, and celebrate the lives we’ve saved from Puppy Mills.
We will have live music, special speakers and food & drink on a cash bar basis through Scholz’s. Dogs are welcome on the patio and must be leashed but note the live music will be on the patio as well

4th Annual Howl’oween Event & Pet Costume Contest

Dogadillo and The Hill Country Galleria would like to invite you to our 4th Annual Howl’oween Event and Pet Costume Contest on Sunday,
This fun, free and dog-friendly event will be held at the mall amphitheater which will include local vendors, pet rescue groups and the ever-popular pet costume contest.
Events will include dog agility demonstrations, variety of activities for small children, bands playing on stage throughout the day and The Rolling Sculpture Car Show and Bee Cave Library Art Show will also be held at the mall on the 24th. Joe McDermott, a Parent’s Choice Award winning songwriter for children, will be performing Sunday afternoon. We are currently waiting for confirmation on other activities, but there will be something for every age group!
We will have a professional emcee announcing events including the costume contest. There will be fabulous prizes awarded to the winners of the costume contest.
The registration fee to enter a pet in the costume contest is: new or gently used items such as collars, leashes, toys, bedding – or a cash donation to benefit Austin Rescue Groups. We will divide the items between the rescue groups in attendance.
